We will retain our people by encouraging and rewarding commercial and technical acumen and by training and developing our people.
Maintain sound governance and financial management.
We will ensure our business practices are ethical and that we use an enterprise risk management approach to deliver strong financial growth, limiting unnecessary down side exposure.
Grow our business in a sustainable manner.
We will do this by focussing on key market sectors, exceeding customer expectations and by developing a national presence. We will encourage growth only when it is truly viable.
Improve our business processes.
We will continue to invest in developing an integrated, system-based, business management process for all our service delivery.
Sustainable Development Practices
SEMF advocates and subscribes to sustainable development principals through the use of sustainable engineering practices As part of our ongoing business we will adopt Sustainability Principals & Reporting (Triple Bottom Line) in 2008.
