Our project managers also work closely with clients, statutory authorities and other stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensuring they meet all performance and quality standards.
Our in-house PMS (Project Management System) database keeps track of all cost data and other commercial and technical information. It will identify cost trends against budget and non-conformance issues such as cost over-runs in all areas, ensuring prompt corrective action.
