Our project managers draw on the specialist skills of our in-house professionals to implement projects. This expertise includes cost control, report preparation, leading and co-coordinating team members and working within financial, technical and time constraints to complete projects.
Our project managers also work closely with clients, statutory authorities and other stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensuring they meet all performance and quality standards.
Our in-house PMS (Project Management System) database keeps track of all cost data and other commercial and technical information. It will identify cost trends against budget and non-conformance issues such as cost over-runs in all areas, ensuring prompt corrective action.
